It is my great pleasure to cordially invite you to the 2023 IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems (ISICAS 2023). ISICAS 2023 will be held on Oct. 24th to 25th, 2023 at the Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel, Jeju, Korea. Jeju is a beautiful island in South Korea as well as the nation’s symbolic icon providing the opportunity for visitors to experience mixed atmosphere of ancient Asian culture and incredible natural sites such as islands, volcanoes, waterfalls, beaches, national parks, caves and forests.
The paper submissions for ISICAS 2023 must describe integrated circuit and system implementations, with experimental results. All accepted papers will be published in special issues of TCAS-I, TCAS-II, TBioCAS and OJCAS. Extended versions of recent conference papers already published with significant additional material are welcome.
Researchers, engineers, and students from industry, universities, and government agencies are invited to present their latest work and to discuss integrated circuit and system implementations for many applications. All participants will be sure to have a meaningful experience with industry people and scholars from all over the world.
I greatly appreciate your participation and eagerly hope that ISICAS 2023 will be a memorable event for all the participants. In addition, I would like to convey special thanks to the members of the ISICAS 2023 Organizing Committee for their great efforts.
